We want you to be completely happy with your Viral Data Race Studio Pro subscription. If it's not the right fit, we offer a straightforward refund process — no hoops to jump through.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All new Pro plan subscriptions come with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with Pro for any reason within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, we'll give you a full refund — no questions asked.
How it works:
- 1Email us at support@viraldatarace.com within 7 days of your purchase
- 2Include the email address associated with your Pro subscription
- 3Your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method
After the 7-Day Period
After the initial 7-day window, refunds are no longer available for the current billing period. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Your Pro access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
Cancelling is easy and you can do it in two ways:
Option 1: Manage Subscription (Recommended)
Click the "Manage Subscription" button in the app (found in the editor header when you're a Pro user). This opens the Stripe customer portal where you can cancel, update payment info, or download invoices.
Option 2: Email Us
Send an email to support@viraldatarace.com and we'll cancel it for you, usually within 24 hours.
Mid-Cycle Cancellation
If you cancel your Pro subscription mid-month, you keep full Pro access until the end of your current billing period. We don't prorate or issue partial refunds for the remaining days — instead, you get to enjoy all Pro features through the date you've already paid for. After that, your account reverts to the free plan.
